This website is dedicated to concept like Motivation, Spirit of Enterprise and Sustainable Development combined with Production and Saving.
Energy resources are important, but much more is money or gold (bullion) rising 40% from 2000 to 2011. But, not all of us are agreed, and they are right.  

Still, the whole package of concepts bear in my mind that the financial  crisis and the lack of resources are much a burden (debt financing in Greece,  USA being downgrade from 3A to AA+,....China leaving the USA dollar currency peg) to organizations (households, individuals, firms, NGOs, governments)  than a real opportunity to change for new heights. 

So, how does it come?

"At the company, we adapt to the new economic and social reality and will always help to share the new representation of the world to bounce back". 
 

The whole package of solutions is not just about behavior changes. Of course, it is, but in addition, there are more than uses of machineries, equipments and technologies, but a new way to make things more appropriately, that serves all the community.

Spirit of actions and creating incentives for people motivation go beyond technical aspects of project management and engineering or risk reduction strategies.

I have too many examples of this in commerce, development, water industry, flood management....

My own experience is relevant to this kind of challenges found in Spirit of Enterprise and Motivation. In 1989, I left Europe with nothing for a trip by bicycle around the world for a charity and development.

My own experience

I started alone and finished with a world of plenty (people and assets).

Total amount of money $ 800, when I returned home after many stories,...I discovered I could be a banker (I am Abbey National Plc Shareholder), a member of ITDG (I am in the Charity Golden book) get facilitations with new skills never learned in a classroom, created my own company RG Consulting....beyond all expectations, I build a untarnished thinking that networking with organizations (People, System, Organizations)  is our best valued  actions and investment for tomorrow prosperity. So, make the good choice!
